I provided IMVU proof of everything, the original e-mails and the CORRECT data and even my original usernames. I discovered this recently when I couldn't log in with my credentials. In broken English, they said the account was theirs and they couldn't access it, they also gave them the WRONG name, the WRONG paypal, the WRONG original e-mail, and "**********" - incomplete city/state where they thought the account was made.
In 2020, a scammer started a case with IMVU's terrible customer service department. I had put hundreds of dollars of credits in and I was a creator and made at least a thousand dollars worth of credits.
